Situated only 100 yards from the harbour and 150 yards from the Main Street complete with Butcher, Baker (sorry, no candlestick maker!), Post Office and Pub, 131 is a stunning 3 bedroom former fisherman’s cottage. Owned by locals since the 1800’s, the house has undergone an extensive refurbishment in 2008 and is now one of the premier rental properties in the village.

Central heating, a complete re-decoration and new furniture throughout, ensures you will quite literally enjoy a home from home during your stay. The kitchen is slightly retro and will be in the final phase of the re-furbishment in late 2008 / early 2009. 131 is a clean and fresh home where you can relax and unwind in an ideal base from which to explore Gardenstown, Crovie, Pennan and the surrounding Moray Firth coastline.

The master bedroom and living room have panoramic views over the harbour and the beach to the west, whilst the twin bedroom (with bunk beds) and the kitchen have views of Crovie to the east. The third bedroom is a box room tastefully decorated and has a single bed. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs as is the family bathroom with toilet, basin and electric shower. Downstairs has the hallway, lounge, kitchen and wc with basin. Car parking directly outside.

The home is served by Central Heating, the use of which is free for the duration of your rental. 131 boasts the following amenities: -
